GAS CENTRAL HEATING

If you have a gas supply but no central heating, a full system can now be installed. The grant will cover every aspect of the installation, including combination boiler, radiators, heating controls, pipe work and installation costs.

AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMPS

If your home is heated by electricity or oil, a full system can now be installed + Solar panels. This would provide you with 2 sources of renewable energy, with the air source heat pump generating in the order of 3 units of electricity for every unit put in. The combination of the ASHP and solar, make energy usage significantly lower with a highly efficient heating system.

CAVITY & SOLID WALL INSULATION

Heat loss through walls is about 30% of your heating bill. Having fully insulated walls has an immediate impact on the comfort of your home and fuel bills.

LOFT INSULATION

Up to 25% of domestic heat is lost through the roof. Loft insulation will be increased to 270mm the regulated level, where many homes have less than 150mm currently.

The latest ECO storage heaters can replace old storage heaters plus Solar panels or insulation for greater economy . The ECO storage heaters are very efficient, and fully programmable to come on and go off at the times of your choice giving you heat 24 hours a day.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

STAGE 1

QUALIFY

Complete the simple form with basic details to establish your eligibility. We will check the property to establish what products are available to you and confirm within 24 hours, and contact Landlords for consent where necessary.

STAGE 2

SURVEY

A technical survey of your property will take place, to check it structurally, and to ensure the products are viable, with the maximum benefits of heating and insulation to save on fuel and reduce carbon emissions.

STAGE 3

INSTALL

An installation date will be arranged along with approximate time scales to complete the work. After the work has been completed you will be sent the certification and guarantees from the installation company.

STAGE 4

SAVE

The savings on fuel can be significant with your new ECO heating and insulation, along with the comfort of a well-insulated home.
